We at City Wide Limo Service do not want you to feel any stress when you are waiting to
go to the airport or to that important meeting on the other side of the bay. So, do not
worry we are never late to our pick-ups.
When you reserve with us we are always there to pick you up on time. We do ask that
you allow a 15 (fifteen) minute window so if your pick up is 07:00 am the actual pick up
time is between 07:00 am and 07:15 am. If you want to picked up no LATER than 07:00
am then you must make the reservation for 06:45 am.
We monitor the traffic and dispatch the driver to you in accordance with the normal
traffic delays here in the San Francisco Bay Area. Even allowing extra time for
unexpected traffic delays.
However, there could be instances where our ON TIME GUARANTEE is VOID. That
would be circumstances which are OUT OF OUR CONTROL. Acts of God, Accidents
involving our vehicles or happening in front of our driver where as he can not get around
the accident in a timely manner. Mechanical failure, or road hazards that could cause a
flat tire. Please note that we keep our vehicles in superb running condition and our drivers
are professional.
Please note also that we reserve the right to change your vehicle of choice, if
circumstances warrant such change.
