How far in advance do I need to schedule a reservation?

The further in advance you book your transportation service, the
more request. We operate on a first-come/first-served basis. We can
frequently accommodate a same-day request for service, but we
cannot guarantee there will be a car available on short notice.

What forms or payment does Oakland Airport Town Car accept?

At this time we only accept Visa, master card, American Express,
Discover and Cash.  

Do we provide receipt?

Yes, we can provide you a receipt at time of pick up, or we can fax or
email you a receipt also.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?

If you are making plans for another person, make certain the
rendezvous arrangements (meet and greet or curbside) and our
toll-free number are communicated to them. We can FAX or e-mail
confirmations to all parties. See specific airport instructions below.

For your convenience, you can request that your driver meet the
arriving passenger inside the airport terminal, at the luggage
carousels.  There is a $25.00 Meet and Greet fee.

At Oakland International, you may be met at the luggage area or
have your car meet you curbside, near the baggage carousels.  
Cars
are not allowed to stop or wait curbside.
When you claim your bags
call us immediately at our toll-free number (888) 818-8859, and we
will quickly connect you with your driver.  For ALL airlines EXCEPT
Southwest once you have your bags simply exit baggage claim and
you will see the overhead sign for MEXICANA and that is where
your driver will pull into to pick you up.  For Southwest Airlines, once
you have your bags you exit the baggage claim doors and go to the
PASSENGER Pick Up Area.  There is a sign with an arrow.  It is best
to proceed all of the way to the end to the right, that is were it is
easiest to pick you up from.

At San Francisco International, you may be met at the luggage area
or have your car meet you at the curb. At SFO, arriving passengers
without checked bags are encouraged to be met at the upper
(departure) level. This is the same level that passengers deplane
onto. Passengers with checked bags that want to be met curbside will
be met at the lower level, just outside the luggage carousels.

When you claim your bags call us immediately at our toll-free number
(888) 818-8859, and our staff will quickly connect you with your
driver. You will find your car at the curb near the overhead sign of the
airline you traveled with.  
Please note that cars are not allowed to
remain curbside.

At San Jose International, all customers must be met at baggage
claim area when they arrive. This is a policy of the San Jose
International Airport, and a Meet and Greet fee will be charged, as
above. Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your
name or the name of your company.

Important: If you do not see your car or driver, CALL OAKLAND
AIRPORT TOWN CAR IMMEDIATELY! It is likely that your
driver is waiting nearby, or is simply not recognized.

Why does my charge card bill show a charge on a day that I did not
travel with Oakland Airport Town Car Service?

Charge card bills will show the day the card was charged, not the date-of-travel. Your card will typically be charged 1-to-5 days after
the date-of-service. FAXED or e-mailed receipts from Oakland Airport Town Car will always display both dates.

Will I be charged if I cancel my Town Car reservation?

In the event that you cancel your reservation on the same day that it is to be performed, you will charged the full amount of the fair
plus a 20% gratuity. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation you will not be charged.  In the event that your reservation
was Pre Paid before service was performed, we will refund your money to your credit card, minus a 10% administrative fee.  

When can I expect a refund to be processed to my credit card?

Oakland Airport Town Car Service will process any refunds as quickly as possible.  Normally refunds are processed within 7 business
days.  We will provide you with a fax or email confirmation once the refund has been processed.  

Do I need to tip the driver?

YES, our prices include everything EXCEPT the tip for the driver.  You can include the gratuity on your credit card slip processed by
the driver. You can give it to the driver in CASH even if you pay with a credit card. You can also indicate when reserving on-line that
you want to include the tip with your pre-payment.  This is the way many people prefer to pay, being that everything is authorized
on-line and there is nothing to worry about or be bothered with.  

Please note that it is CUSTOMARY and NOT required to tip your driver 20%.  The Oakland Airport Town Car Service does NOT
require that you tip at all.  We want to earn our tip.  We want you to tip us because you were impressed and happy with the service we
provided to you.  


May I pay for my ride in cash?

Yes, although you must provide a charge card at the time of reservation to guarantee your town car.

Will I be charged if I cannot meet my car?

Yes, a no-pick-up charge, also called a NO SHOW will be applied.
You may also be charged for Waiting Time if you do not notify us. Your credit card will be charged as a NO SHOW which will include a
20% gratuity.

Your bank statement or credit card statement will reflect the charge coming   
from
Moh's Limo or Taxi Pay.
