To cancel your reservation with City Wide Shuttle And Limo Service please call (888) 415-7228 or
If you NO SHOW on us the credit card which you provide to hold your reservation with
will be charged the full amount of the fare plus a 20% gratuity. Please be courteous and
cancel if you do not need our service.

The reason for this policy is because we provide exceptional service to all of our customers
and when you reserve with us we may refuse other reservations in order to provide you the
service. We appreciate you understanding our policies and look forward to serving your
transportation needs.

If your flight is cancelled let us know right away and we will do our best to accommodate
your new arrival time. We do understand that this is out of your control. Please don't
forget to notify us.

If you simply decide to stay an extra day or week, let us know immediately and we can
reschedule your pick up day and time. If you cancel late but reschedule we will not charge
you the cancellation fees unless we turned down other reservations to accommodate you.
